Welcome to the Official Website of the East Essex Sabres, American Football Team

East Essex Sabres is a newly formed American football team, which is based in Southend on Sea, Essex. The team has developed from the long history of American football in the area taking it’s inspiration from the Southend Sabres American football team, which was a very active part of the British American football league until it was folded.

Currently the East Essex Sabres train every Sunday at the Deanes School
Daws Heath Road, Thundersley, Benfleet SS7 2TD at 11.00am with national and Great Britain coaches to help develop the team in anticipation of our entry to the British American Football Association’s League next season.
